It's fun to think about how your life will change once you start reaching your goals. Will you buy a new wardrobe? Be more confident at work or with friends? Try to help others live healthier? Plan on reaching your goals, and write down 3 or more things that will change because of your hard-earned success.

If a magic genie granted you a wish to make one type of food zero calories, what would you choose? It's important to know what tempts you, and to be able to manage that temptation. By giving into little things every now and then, we keep ourselves from completely derailing our weight management goals in the long run.
