Summer is right around the corner. That means longer days, going on vacation, and being more active outdoors. Are you feeling the pressure to get in shape? Are you going to do anything differently to prepare? If so, what? If not, what about your current routine has you ready?
The pressure is definitely there, but it is much more internal than external. I want to be able to wear my nice summer clothes and feel comfortable. I have started watching what I eat extremely closely and will start running outside now that the weather is nicer.
