A Fruitful Decision

According to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control), almost everybody needs to eat more fruit. Which means that healthy choices are literally growing on trees, yet we don’t take advantage of them. What's your favorite fruit? How can you get more fruit in your diet? Any recipes or tips for adding fruit to our next meal?

It's hard to get alot of fruit in my diet. I like to drink a smoothie every week or so. It is so much easier than munching a bunch of apples. View full response

banana is my favorite fruit, i can eat it alone, in cereal, in a bread with nuts for extra goodies. heck, maybe even with brocolli. View full response

Summer fruits are my favorite fruits. Hard to say which one is actually my favorite. Although there is nothing like a really great plum! Oh I know! A Honey Crisp Apple is my very favorite fruit! View full response

Gosh I'm addicted to fruit, and I LOVE all kinds. I actually had to stop eating so much fruit because I wasn't eating enough veggies and protein. View full response

There are only a few fruits I can eat because of the seeds in them. I can only eat what the body digests. The fruits that I do eat are pineapple, grapefruit, peaches, bananas, and orange segments. View full response
