
My goals are to start eating healthy foods and to excercise more
In high school I weighed 98lbs, at 5ft that's not so bad, but ever since I got married I've steadily gained weight. NOT A GOOD THING! At 135lbs I feel unhealthy and do not feel good about myself, plus it doesn't help when people constantly ask you everyday if you're pregnant! NO I AM NOT PREGNANT, I'M JUST FAT!!!!! I wish to be healthier and start excercising more, actually just excercise in general!
