lovebug's Goals:

 my goal is to loose 3 pounds... and it's not for anything special, its really just to help me feel good about myself. I know people tell me I am skinny, but when I look at myself I don't see skinny... I see.. idk, so I am just doing  this little weight loose idea for myself. And since I just moved out of my house,( out of my old comfort zone of living with my parents) and into an apartment with my fiancee, idk.. I've started to think about my diet and weight, and the things I stick in my mouth. I want to look good. I want people to look at me and say " wow".

Food journaling may seem like a chore, but it can be fun! Add doodles, pictures, and notes to yourself. Just write down all the foods (yes, every sugar packet in your coffee) you eat for a week, or even just a day. And no cheating! This is a private journal, just for you, so be honest. Try some of these category ideas: Food, Quantity, Time, Current Mood. When you're done, tell us what you've learned from this experience. Did anything surprise you? Did you find any patterns? Did the journal help you stay on track?

for breakfast I had some yogart and a waffeal. and I for lunch I had a bowl of last nights leftover dinner and a peanut butter rice cake
