
I want to lose 30 lbs and eat more fruits, veggie and lean meats. I also want to exercise 4-6 days a week.
Remember that feeling of the wind in your hair (under a helmet of course), a smile on your face, and not a care in the world? Many people are reigniting their love of riding bicycles. When was the last time you rode? If it's been awhile, have you thought about getting back in the saddle? How often or far do you ride? Streets or paths?
I would love to go bike riding again. It's great exercise and a great way to spend time in the great outdoors. If I had a bike, I would ride to work and to the beach.
