- Quaker White Cheddar Rice Cakes
- 1 T
- prepared pizza sauce
- 1/4 c
- chopped vegetables from salad bar (such as chopped red, green or yellow bell peppers, sliced mushrooms and onion)
- 1 T
- shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Spread pizza sauce over rice cake
Sprinkle chopped vegetables over sauce
Sprinkle with cheese
