Cheesy Chili Dip

Ingredients: Serves 10
- Quaker White Cheddar Soy Crisps
- 1 cn
- (14.3 oz.) low fat turkey chili with beans
- 1/3 c
- fat-free sour cream
- 1/4 c
- low fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp
- hot pepper sauce (optional)
- 1
- sliced green onions
- 1
- Chopped red bell pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except onions, red pepper and Soy Crisps in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) 3 minutes, stirring every minute, until heated through.
- Transfer to serving dish. Garnish with green onions and, if desired, red pepper. Dip or spread each White Cheddar Soy Crisp with dip.

Vegetarian chili may be substituted for turkey chili.
