Cheesy Chili Dip

Ingredients: Serves 10

  • Quaker White Cheddar Soy Crisps
  • 1 cn (14.3 oz.) low fat turkey chili with beans
  • 1⁄3 c fat-free sour cream
  • 1⁄4 c low fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1⁄2 tsp hot pepper sauce (optional)
  • 1 sliced green onions
  • 1 Chopped red bell pepper (optional)

Serving size:  9 Soy Crisps + 3 tablespoons dip

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except onions, red pepper and Soy Crisps in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) 3 minutes, stirring every minute, until heated through.
  • Transfer to serving dish. Garnish with green onions and, if desired, red pepper. Dip or spread each White Cheddar Soy Crisp with dip.
  • Vegetarian chili may be substituted for turkey chili.
