Peanut Butter 'n Marshmallow Crunch Cake

- Quaker Caramel Corn Rice Cakes
- 2 T
- marshmallow creme (room temp.)
- 2 t
- reduced fat creamy peanut butter (room temp.)
- 1/2 t
- semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Spread marshmallow creme on top of your rice cake. Place peanut butter in the center of the cake, and spread out over the marshmallow layer. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Tada!
