Taco-y Tostada Cake

- Quaker White Cheddar Rice Cakes
- 1/4 c
- canned fat-free refried beans
- 2 T
- fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 T
- shredded lettuce
- 1 T
- diced tomato
- 1 T
- fat-free sour cream
- 1 ds
- chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, red pepper flakes; to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Season refried beans to taste with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Spread mixture on top of cake. Sprinkle cheese over the top of the bean layer. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until cheese is hot and bubbly. Top with lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. Olé!
