Punkin Pie on a Rice Cake!

- Quaker Apple Cinnamon Rice Cakes
- 1/4 c
- canned pure pumpkin
- 1 t
- fat free cream cheese
- 1 t
- maple syrup, sugar free
- 1/8 t
- pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 pk
- no-calorie sweetener packet
Instructions
Smear cream cheese evenly over one side of your rice cake. Mix pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon & nutmeg) and sweetener into pumpkin. Spread pumpkin mixture over rice cake. Top with syrup, and enjoy!
